Warranty Policy

Buoyancy Control Device

6 months

  • Self-inflating

  • Leakage at joints

    • Inflator Hose

    • Various seal gaskets

  • Plastic joints that break due to material deterioration

  • Unable to store air within 30 minutes

Regulator

12 months

  • First Stage: Leaks through various metal joints or cannot control pressure according to factory specifications.

  • Primary or Backup Second Stage: leaks at various metal joints.

  • Air bubbles leaking from various joints of the air pressure gauge

  • Inflator leaks from the one way valve.

  • Depth Gauge indicates depth inaccuracy of more than 10%.

  • Compass shows direction error of more than 15 degrees without magnetic field interference.

  • Pressure Gauge reports an error of more than 10%.

Warranty Inelgibility

We do not provide warranty under conditions, including but not limited to the following list.

  • การรั่วซึมของฟองอากาศผ่านสายลม Low Pressure และ High Pressure

  • การหักงอของสายลมบริเวณข้อต่อต่างๆ

  • การกัดกรอนจากสารเคมี หรือน้ำทะเล

  • ความเสื่อมสภาพตามกาลเวลาของวัสดุ (เช่น ปุ่มกดไล่ลมมีเปื่อยขาด)

It is diver duty to do a safety check before diving.

Diving gear, new or used, may working normally in one dive, but fail the next dive of the same day.

Dive Gear Garage has selected, inspect, and services regulators and bcds to make sure they are in working condition, so you can dive confidently with our warranty.

Any damage occurred outside mentioned list will be on Dive Gear Garage discretion basis

Buyers are responsible for shipping to and from the shop.
